Brings a week of content…..

So today we had a few precious babyfree hours and headed to the Queensgate centre in Harlow. I was invited along to check out the facilities at the centre. And as they offered free parking and fabulous home furnishing stores I was delighted to go.

As a blogger & keen instagrammer, I’m always looking for my next pic or story to share with you. The first thing I check anywhere is WiFi! So on Sunday when I arrived at the Queensgate centre in Harlow I was delighted to see it’s free and fast! I immediately logged on, even before my coffee!

The hub and I headed straight to Costa coffee to fuel up. We planned on making the most of our day, we both love interiors and furnishings, and as we bought our house just last year we have plenty of plans with it so the chance to take our time perusing & taking lots of pics for inspiration was incredibly exciting.

Amongst many other stores, The Queensgate centre has a branch of Next Home, Laura Ashley Home & Homesense, so all of these were on the agenda! Once I’d finished my coffee, checked my email, Instagram and sent a WhatsApp to nanny to check on the little one of course! We then found out that every store has its own individual free WiFi too so I was able to update my Instagram with images throughout the day.

Homesense did not disappoint, & we didn’t come away empty handed. I could literally have spent hours in there, the home accessories are so unique and reasonably priced. Again the WiFi service was fantastic & enabled me to upload images instantly.

Next onto Next Home.

where amongst other things I fell in love with this newsprint daschund

We then popped into Laura Ashley Home where they had 25% off all homewares! I’m not sure if this deal was in store only or online too but we took advantage of it and purchased some stunning artificial flowers for our entrance hall table.

This little miss may have made it into my basket for my own little ballet obsessed girl at home.

Seeing as we didn’t need to rush back thanks to mums babysitting services we decided to have a late lunch & cocktail at Chiquito. We popped back to the car to put our new purchases away and parked right outside the restaurant. So convenient & easy and as I said before all parking is free.

A perfect end to the day. We both love Mexican food & of course a cheeky cocktail for me, and as the husband was driving he had a delicious mocktail! A final check on my Instagram and a chance to upload a few images to this blog post before we paid the bill and headed off home to try out our new purchases.
